Description

In the State Natural Reserve there are some experimental arboretums of domestic pine, Aleppo pine and some broad-leaved trees used by the Experimental Institute for Seviculture.
The forest environments of the area and surrounding areas constitute an ideal habitat for the nesting of the biancone, allowing, even for the low levels of human disturbance, the important presence of the wolf.
